Description
For sample adults in 2007 who had taken two or more vitamin supplements during the past 30 days (VITMOSUPNO) and had taken the second vitamin supplement to treat or cure a specific health problem or condition (VIT2TREAT), VIT2TNOCONV identifies those who had received no conventional treatment for the condition for which they most used the second vitamin supplement (VIT2TCONMOST).
Interviewers asked, "Did you receive any of these conventional medical treatments for [condition for which second vitamin supplement was used the most]?" and entered all treatments reported by the respondent.
