Description

For sample adults in 2002 who had used high dose or megavitamin therapy during the past 12 months (VITYR) and had used high dose or megavitamin therapy to treat a specific health problem or condition (VITYTREAT), VITYHATT indicates whether the person had used high dose or megavitamin therapy to treat a heart attack.

Related Variables

A heart attack was one of 74 possible specific conditions that respondents could report treating with high dose or megavitamin therapy in 2002.

 

The other such conditions are:
