Description
For sample adults aged 50 and older who have had a Zostavax vaccine (SHOTZOSTEV), SHOTZOSTYR reports the most recent year they had the Zostavax shot.
SHOTZOSTYR is part of a series of variables initiated in 2018 covering shingles vaccinations. Please refer to the Description tab in SHOTSHNGEV for more information about shingles vaccinations.
Note that Zostavax was licensed for use in the U.S. in 2006, so responses of years before 2006 were collapsed into one category.
Comparability
