Description

For persons age 5 to 24 who need orthodontic care but have not obtained it (including persons who think they need to have their teeth straightened or who have been told by a dentist that they need to have their teeth straightened) and reported more than two reasons for why they are not currently receiving care, ORTHNOR3 records the third reason.

ORTHNOR3 is part of the Dental Health Supplement. Respondents could report up to three reasons for not receiving orthodontic care; ORTHNORM records the main reason.
