Description

For persons age 5 to 24 who need orthodontic care (including persons who think they need to have their teeth straightened or who have been told by a dentist that they need to have their teeth straightened)but have not obtained it and reported more than one reason for why they are not currently receiving care, ORTHNOR2 records the second reason.

ORTHNOR2 is part of the Dental Health Supplement. Respondents could report up to three reasons for not receiving orthodontic care; ORTHNORM records the main reason.
