Description

For sample adults who had a significant non-repetitive strain injury in the past 3 months and sample children who were significantly injured in the past 3 months and saw a doctor for their significant injury or injuries (INJSIGSAWDR), INJSIGBONES reports whether the injury caused any broken bones.

INJSIGBONES is part of the rotating core NHIS questions on sudden injury. For other core sudden injury and injury-related variables, please see INJANY.
