Description
For sample persons age 18 years and over HEARDCANHOT indicates if the sample person has ever heard of 1-800-4-CANCER hotline.
The field representative's manual defines the 1-800-4-CANCER hotline, The American Cancer Society, The National Cancer Information Service, and The National Cancer Institute as "Private and public agencies concerned with cancer research, treatment, prevention, and/or information dissemination".
