Description

For all sample children who ever had a growth or developmental delay, GROWDAGETP refers to how old the child was when the condition was first noticed and reports whether the number of units given in GROWDAGENO is in months or years. Respondents could also report "since birth." Thus, this variable indicates only the type time period (month or year) for the units reported, and has to be used in conjunction with GROWDAGENO, which indicates the number of units.
