Description

For sample persons age 18 and over, CANMOTOBAC reports if the person thought tobacco use in any form increased one's risk of mouth or lip cancer. Persons could respond in categories of: probably increases, definitely increases, probably does not increase, or definitely does not increase the risk. Persons could also report they don't know.

Related variables: persons were also asked if the following reasons increased one's risk of cancer:

  • CANMOBITE, frequently biting one's cheek or lip
