For sample persons age 18 years and older in quarter 3 (5th week) and quarter 4 who reported when they last saw, heard, or read something about AIDS or who ever heard of AIDS (AIDHEARTP, AIDHEARNO, AIDHEARD, AIDHEARW), AIDKNOPCHANC reports the chances of someone the sample person knows getting the AIDS virus. Possible responses were "high", "medium", "low", and "none".
