Description

For persons ages 18 and older with confirmed diabetes who are now taking insulin, URCHKOFTNO reports the number of times per day, week, month or year this person checks his or her urine for glucose or sugar, including times when a family member of friend checks. URCHKOFTNO should be combined with the type of time unit (URCHKOFTTP) for the complete frequency with which this person checks his or her urine for sugar.
