Description

For sample children under 18 years old who have ever had any immunization shot but do not have a shot record, IMNPN reports if the person has ever received a pneumococcal shot.

Users are strongly encouraged to visit the Universe tab for more information on changes in the universe across surveyed years.

Comparability

In 2000-2002, the variable included both sample children under 18 years old and all children aged 12-35 months old who were not selected as the sample children. In 2003, this variable only included sample children under 18 years old.

Universe

  • 2000-2002: Sample children under 18 and all children 12-35 months old who have had shots but have no known shot record.
  • 2003: Sample children under 18 who have had shots and have no known shot record.
