Description
For sample person aged 18 years and over, EHFATMUFFIN indicates if the respondent thought there was more fat in 1 small bran muffin or in one slice of whole wheat bread. Interviewers read respondents a series of pairs of foods and asked which food the respondent thought had more fat. Respondents could choose one food, indicate both had the same amount of fat, or indicate that they were unsure which food had more fat.
