For sample adults, CREAMYR is a recoded variable that reports the number of times per year that respondents used/drank milk or cream in coffee or tea, including non-dairy creamer. This recoded variable is based on CREAMNO, which reports the frequency with which the respondent used/drank milk or cream in coffee or tea, and CREAMTP, which reports the corresponding time unit. For information about the portion size, see CREAMSIZ.
Universe
- 1987: Half of sample persons age 18+ (excluded from CACT supplement).
- 1992: Half of sample persons age 18+ in quarters 1 and 2, and in 2 weeks of quarter 3 (excluded from CACT supplement).
