For sample persons ages 18 and over who have had had a blood test for the AIDS virus infection and have not indicated that they got the results, or who have gotten the results but have not indicated that they received counseling, ATRESREFHP reports if the person was referred to a health professional to get counseling about the AIDS virus infection.
