Description
For sample adults age 18+ and sample children age 4+ who indicated they had a place that they usually went when they were sick or needed advice about their health (USUALPL), UPLNURSE indicates if they see a nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant at their usual place of care. More than one type of provider could be selected. Additional provider types are reported in UPLCHIRO, UPLDOCTOR, and UPLOTHER.
