Description
For sample adults age 18+ and sample children age 4+ who have a personal health care provider (HEALTHPROV), PROVNURSE indicates if the personal health care provider is a nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician's assistant. More than one type of personal health care provider could be selected. Additional provider types are reported in PROVDOCTOR, PROVCHIRO, and PROVOTHER.
