Description
For sample adults age 18+ and sample children age 4+ who have a personal health care provider (HEALTHPROV), PROVDOCTOR indicates if the personal health care provider is a medical doctor (M.D. or D.O.), including specialist doctors. More than one type of personal health care provider could be selected. Additional provider types are reported in PROVCHIRO, PROVNURSE, and PROVOTHER.
