Description
For sample adults who had pain some days, most days, or every day in the past three months (PAINFREQ3MO), PAINTROTH reports if they used other methods to manage their pain over the past three months. The term "other methods" must be interpreted relative to the preceding questions about pain management techniques. See the related variables section below for specific pain management techniques that were asked as part of the NHIS.
