For sample adults, PAINRATWK reports the respondents' pain on average in the past 7 days. Respondents were told to use a scale of 0-10, with 0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain imaginable.
PAINRATWK was first introduced in 2010 as part of the Cancer Control supplement, which asks questions about diet and nutrition, physical activity, tobacco, cancer screening, genetic testing, family history, and survivorship.
