For sample adults ages 18 and over with one or more barriers that limit or prevent their participation in home activities or household responsibilities, OTHLAHOM reports that one or more barriers other than building design, lighting, sound, household or workplace equipment, crowds, sidewalks and curbs, transportation, attitudes of other people, and policies currently limit or prevent the person's participation in home activities or household responsibilities.
