Description

For sample adults who were working at a paying job or business last week; who had a job or business last week but were not at work; who were not working last week because they work in a seasonal or contract position; were working at a non-paying job or business last week; or who did not have a job or business last week but worked in the past 12 months, MISSWORK12M reports the number of days they missed work in the past 12 months due to illness, injury, or disability. If necessary, interviewers instructed respondents to exclude family or paternity/maternity leave.
