Description
For sample children under age 18, with available shot records and at least one pneumococcal shot on record, IMRPNUMO1 reports the month of the first pneumococcal shot.

Comparability
Apart from changes in the universe, this variable is mostly comparable over time. Changes in survey design (e.g., quarters in which the supplement was collected) may affect raw frequencies, but do not affect comparability of the variable. As always, data users should use the prescribed IHIS weights.
Universe
- 1997: Sample children under age 18, and all children 19 to 35 months old in quarters 1 and 2 and 12 to 35 months old in quarters 3 and 4, with available shot records and one or more pneumonoccal shots on record.
- 1998-2002: Sample children under age 18, and all children 12 to 35 months old, with available shot records and one or more pneumonoccal shots on record.
- 2003: Sample children under age 18, with available shot records and one or more pneumonoccal shots on record.
