For sample children under 18 years old who have an immunization record and who have at least four Hepatitis B vaccines on their record, IMRHEPBDA4 reports the day when the person received his or her fourth Hepatitis B vaccine.

Users should combine IMRHEPBDA4 with IMRHEPBMO4 and IMRHEPBY4, which reports the month and year of the person's fourth Hepatitis B vaccine, in order to get the complete date when the person received his or her fourth Hepatitis B vaccine.
