For sample adults ages 18 and older, HRPROBMDGYR reports when was the last time the respondent saw a doctor or other health care professional about any hearing or ear problems. Response options included "never", "in the past year", "1 to 2 years ago", "3 to 4 years ago", "5 to 9 years ago", "10 to 14 years ago", or "15 or more years ago".
