Description

For sample adults and sample children who have ever had a job that exposed them to loud noise 4 or more hours a day, several days a week (HRISKWRKEV), HRISKWRKYR reports if the exposure was in the last 12 months. In 2007, this question was asked only of sample adults.

Comparability

  • 2007: Sample adults age 18+ who have ever had a job that exposed them to loud noise 4 or more hours a day, several days a week.
  • 2023: Sample adults age 18+ and sample children age 12-17 who have ever had a job that exposed them to loud noise 4 or more hours a day, several days a week (HRISKWRKEV).
