Description
For all persons who are covered by any State-sponsored health plan (HISTATEE), this variable indicates if the person can go to any doctor who accepts this plan, or if they must choose from a list of doctors, or if the doctor is assigned.
Universe
- 2004-2013; 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018: All persons with other state-sponsored health plan coverage.
