Description
For sample adults in 2000 and sample adults and children in 2012 who had taken any mixed or single herbal or botanical supplement during the past 12 months (HERYR), HERYCRA indicates whether the person had taken cranberry during the past 12 months.
Cranberry was one of many alternative health treatment modalities included in the 2012 Complementary and Alternative Health Supplements. If sample respondents gave a positive response to HERYCRA, they were asked a series of follow-up questions. Please use the IPUMS NHIS drop-down menus and search function to learn more about these variables.
