Description

For sample adults and sample children in 2007 and 2012 who had taken herbal supplements during the past 12 months (HERYR), HERMO indicates whether the person had taken herbal supplements during the past 30 days.

HERMO is part of a series of variables dealing with the use of herbal supplements, based on questions fielded in 2000, 2002, 2007 and 2012. See HERYR for definitions of herbs, the rationale for inquiry, and more information on other variables related to herbs.
