For persons who had at least one dental visit in the past two weeks, DENTXRAY reports the number of visits for a dental x-ray.

This variable was asked as part of the Dental Care supplement. Information on visits for dental examinations is available in DENTEXAM2. Prior to 1983, information on visits for x-rays was combined with visits for examinations and is available in DENTEXAM.
