Description

For sample persons aged 65 and over who ever had a routine check-up, CUTBLOOD reports whether the respondent had a blood test to check his or her thyroid function during the last check-up.

Comparability

Universe

  • 1991: Sample persons age 65+ who have ever had a routine check-up.
  • 1993: Half of sample persons age 65+ in quarters 3 and 4 (excluded from AIDS supplement) who have ever had a check-up.
