Description

For sample persons age 18 and over who were ever diagnosed with cancer and had one kind of cancer, CAN1DIAGDY reports the year when the person was first diagnosed with cancer.

Comparability

There are no comparability issues with this variable.

  • 1992: Sample persons age 18+ in quarters 1 and 2, and in 2 weeks of quarter 3 who were ever diagnosed with cancer and had one kind of cancer.
