Description

For sample persons ages 18 and over who have had twelve drinks in any year of their life, at least one drink in the past year, did not drink in the past two weeks, and did not report having quit drinking or being an infrequent drinker, ALCSTOPPING reports whether or not the person has completely stopped drinking.
