Description
For sample persons ages 18+ who have had twelve drinks in any year of their life, had at least one drink in the past year, and whose drinking in the past two weeks was not of the previous twelve months, ALC2WTYPYRS reports the number of years for which the person's alcohol consumption in the past two weeks was typical.
