Description
For sample persons ages 18 and over who have ever heard of AIDS, or reported the last time she/he saw, heard, or read something about AIDS, AINFMMOTH reports if she/he mentioned a source, other than those already listed,where she/he would get more specific information about AIDS, if she/he wanted more information. Sources listed include: TV, newspaper, brochures, clergy/church, doctor/HMO, company/industry clinic, hospital/ER/OP clinic, other clinic, magazines, medical journals, library, AIDS hotline, public health department, Red Cross/blood bank, radio, relative, friends, and school. More than one source for more specific information about AIDS can be mentioned.

Universe
- 1987: Sample persons age 18+ in quarter 3 (5th week) and quarter 4 who reported when they last saw, heard, or read something about AIDS or who ever heard of AIDS.
