Description

For sample persons ages 18 and over, AIDEDHD reports if, in the past month, she/he received information about AIDS from health department brochures. Persons could report more than one source of information about AIDS.

Comparability

Changes in survey design (e.g., quarters in which the supplement was collected) may affect raw frequencies, but do not affect comparability of the variable. As always, data users should use the prescribed IHIS weights.
