Description

PSOREV identifies sample adults who were ever told by a doctor or other health professional that they had psoriasis.

The 2023 Field Representative's Manuals provides the information that psoriasis "is a chronic autoimmune skin disease that speeds up the growth cycle of skin cells."

The question associated with the variable was included in the Sponsored Conditions-Ever (SCE) supplement and sponsored by the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC/NCCDPHP).
