Description

For sample children aged 0-17 with private health insurance (plan 2) who share the sample adult's health plan, HIP2OTHRSA records the sample adult's response to HIP1CVROTR or HIP2CVROTR. Those questions ask sample adults who are policyholders if their insurance plan 1 or plan 2 covers someone other than themselves. This variable allows users to identify sample adults and sample children who are covered by the same insurance policy.
