There are no comparability issues with this variable.

2019: Sample adults age 18+ and sample children aged 0-17.
2020: Sample adults age 18+ included in the partial sample (ASTATFLG) and sample children aged 0-17.
2021-2023: Sample adults age 18+ and sample children aged 0-17.
