Description
For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year, who had at least four on-the-job injuries last year resulting in medical attention beyond minor first aid, OR inability to do some work activities, OR loss of consciousness, OR transfer to another job, and who reported seeing a medical person for their fourth injury (WI4SAWDOC), WI4SAWDOCW reports the location where the person first talked to the medical person after the fourth injury occurred.
This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
Universe
- 1988: Sample persons aged 18+ who worked last year at a civilian job, who had at least four work-related injuries in the past 12 months, and who reported seeing any medical person for 4th injury
