Description

For persons with a completed assistive devises questionnaire who needed, but did not have, special equipment (NEEDEVICE), NEDYOTHER reports whether the reason she/he does not have special equipment is something other than: cannot afford it, does not know where to get it, not available locally, repair problems, lack of training to use equipment, cannot use or install in present home, or has equipment that is not satisfactory.
