Description
For persons with disabilities age 16 and older who are not currently receiving job or vocational training and who need this service, VCOUNTRYR reports whether the person has tried to get job or vocational training.

- 1977: Disabled persons age 16+ who did not receive vocational training in the past 12 months and who now need this service, or who received vocational training in the past 12 months but are not receiving it now and who now need the service.
