Description
For sample persons age 55 and older in 1984 and age 65 and older in 1986, who have difficulty using the toilet and/or getting to the toilet and who use special equipment when using the toilet, LATOILTEQPT1 reports the first type of equipment she/he uses.
Persons report up to two types of equipment used for this activity. To see the second type of equipment used, please refer toLATOILTEQPT2.

Universe
- 1984: Sample persons age 55+ who have difficulty using the toilet and use special equipment to use the toilet.
- 1986: Persons age 65+ who have difficulty using the toilet and use special equipment to use the toilet.
