This includes operations on the nasal bone and skin; nasal sinuses; removal and restoration of teeth and other operations on teeth, gums, and alveoli; operations on the tongue; operations on salivary glands and ducts; operations on tonsils and adenoids; operations on the pharynx; or other operations on the mouth and face not otherwise specified.
