For sample persons who received eye care at least THREE TIMES in the past year, EYEC3CMO reports the month of the sample person's third to last eye care visit. Data users may wish to combine EYEC3CMO with the variable EYEC3CDAY, which reports the date of the person's third to last eye care visit.
