Description
For sample adults, PORKNO reports how many times the person ate pork, such as pork chops or roasts, in a specified time period. PORKNO should be used in conjunction with PORKTP, which reports the corresponding time unit stated by the person. For information about the portion size, see PORKSIZ.
In 2010, the variable REDMEATMNO was introduced, which reports how many times the person ate red meat, such as beef, pork, ham, or sausage.
