For sample adults aged 18 and older, NBHDCTON reports the degree to which they agree with the statement about their present neighborhood, "There are people I can count on in this neighborhood." This variable was included as a core item in the Adult Supplemental Items (ASI) section of the Sample Adult questionnaire, introduced in 2013.
