Description
For persons ages 18 and older with confirmed diabetes who are now taking diabetes pills (oral hypoglycemic agents), DIAPILLSNO reports the number of months or years that the person has been taking diabetes pills. DIAPILLSNO should be combined with the type of time unit (DIAPILLSTP) for the complete length of time for which the person has been taking diabetes pills.
