Description
For sample persons ages 18 and over who have had twelve drinks in any year of their life, at least one drink in the past year, and did not report both having quit drinking and having had no drinks in the year before their last drink, ALC9UPBEFOR reports the number of days the person had nine or more drinks in the year before his or her most recent drink.
