Description

For sample persons aged 18 and older who worked at a civilian job last year, WRKINJ reports if the person had any on-the-job injuries last year resulting in at least one of the following: required the person to get medical attention or treatment, other than first aid for minor injuries, OR be unable to do some of the person's work activities, OR loss of consciousness, OR to transfer to another job.

This variable was included in the 1988 Occupational Health supplement.
